The commission was to enlarge the stationer’s shop Pepa Paper in Barcelona, using a part of its former storage room.

A modular system of lacquered mdf shelves is generated to delimit the intervention, liberating a perimetrical space to store products. The shelves have an orthogonal elevation, but the horizontal and vertical surfaces swerve, allowing the oblique visions of the products, and giving expressiveness to the whole.

The global vision of the space alludes to the white of paper and the art of its folding in Japan, the Origami, from where it comes the generating idea of the project. The upper part of the shelf is reserved to the corporate image of the brands and the lower part is to stock the product.
